One of our tutors gives an overview of a typical day on the PPE course.
A typical day as a PPE student would involve lectures between 11 and 1 (unlike other subjects PPEists have no lectures earlier than 10), with a tutorial for an hour to an hour and a half with a tutor in the afternoon. Tutorial groups are usually no larger than three, and sometimes as small as one. The rest of the day is then spent relaxing in the college JCR, completing work for tutorials, or playing sports. In the evening there are lots of things to do, such as going to formal, listening to debates at the Oxford Union, or going to the (heavily subsidized) college bar.
